Terms of use

By using Beyond the License, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in account secure. Each access code is for one student account and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or reused. Lifetime digital access is tied to the original student account and does not include separate future products.

Educational purpose

Beyond the License is an educational study aid. It does not guarantee a passing score, license, job, or business result. Licensing and examination requirements vary and may change; you are responsible for confirming current rules with the appropriate authority and examination provider.

Acceptable use and ownership

Course lessons, questions, flashcards, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by Beyond the License or used with permission. You may use them for your personal study only. You may not copy, record, scrape, publish, distribute, sell, or create competing materials from the program, or attempt to bypass its security.

Payments, refunds, and third parties

Payments may be handled by Stripe and printed-book purchases by Amazon. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Refund eligibility is explained in our refund policy.

Reviews and communications

Content you submit must be honest, lawful, and respectful. Do not submit confidential information, harmful content, or material you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Availability and disclaimers

We may update, maintain, or change the program to improve it, protect users, or comply with law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the program is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Beyond the License is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent through the help form or to arschwimer@gmail.com.
