Online program purchases
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if your one-time access code has not been activated or redeemed. Once the code has been activated, the digital program has been delivered and the purchase is generally nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law.
How to request a refund
Use the help form or email arschwimer@gmail.com. Include the email address used at checkout and the purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or did not authorize a purchase so we can review the payment.
Printed books and included codes
Printed books are purchased through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. An online access code included with a book has no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
