Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, sign-in account identifier, access-code status, lesson progress, exam attempts and scores, help messages, proof-of-purchase uploads, reviews, ratings, and basic site activity such as page visits, referral source, and session information.
Stripe sends us confirmation and identifying details about completed payments so we can verify purchases. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use information to provide and protect your account, save study progress, verify purchases, issue access, answer support requests, moderate reviews, improve the program, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for payment processing, authentication, website hosting, file storage, analytics, and—when enabled—email delivery. They receive information only as needed to perform those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the program, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. Public reviews may be removed on request.
Children and policy changes
The program is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the program changes and will post the revised date on this page.
